1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of Ultra Store (ultrastoreonline.com) and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products We sell electronics. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept major payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping We ship internationally. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at your registered email. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Warranty & Liability All electronics are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty under German and EU law. We are not liable for damages arising from improper use of products.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.
